2. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

• Each member is allowed one (1) account only.

• The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate any membership without prior notice for misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Member Information

• Your information will be used for account management, reward calculation, service updates, and marketing (where consent is provided).

• Any attempt to create fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or misuse personal information may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. M8 Car Points System

• M8 Car Points are awarded as commission for successful referrals, when referred friends or family complete services at our shop.

• Points may also be awarded for eligible promotions or activities as determined by the Company.

• Points are not legal tender and have no cash value unless the minimum withdrawal requirement is met.

5.1 Points Usage & Redemption

• Points can be withdrawn only after reaching the minimum required balance set by the Company.

• Points cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, shared, exchanged, or combined between members.

• In the future, points may be used to redeem services at selected branches (subject to system readiness).

5.2 Misuse & Fraud

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and cancel points if:

• Fraudulent referrals are detected

• Fake transactions or fake user accounts are created

• Abuse of referral program or system loopholes is attempted

• Terms & app usage rules are violated

6. App Usage & Conduct

Members shall not:

• Use the App for unlawful activities

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or manipulate the App system

• Impersonate another person or provide misleading information

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated

• Member misuses the App or points system

• Fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected

Terminated accounts may result in forfeiture of points and benefits.

8. Changes to Terms & Program

• The Company may modify or update these Terms & the points system at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Loss or damage due to system maintenance, technical errors, or unauthorized access

• Member losses due to misuse or mishandling of login credentials
